Shipping policy
Processing Time All products are custom printed on demand. Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada & USA: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high-demand periods.
Free Shipping Orders over $75 CAD qualify for free shipping within Canada and the USA.
Split Shipments Because we work with multiple print-on-demand fulfillment partners, orders containing more than one item may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which will be sent to you by email. Please don't be alarmed if you receive part of your order before the rest — it's all on its way!
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at lseepengoose@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
