Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us at lseepengoose@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns are to be sent to: P.O. Box 323, Quinton, SK S0A 3G0.

Return Fees A return shipping fee of $12.00 CAD and a restocking fee of $10.00 CAD will be deducted from your refund. Outside of these fees, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Exceptions Final sale items are not eligible for return.

⚠️ Note on EU policy: EU consumer law gives customers the right to a full monetary refund during the 14-day cooling-off period, so the store credit-only rule may not be enforceable for EU orders. You may want to consult a legal advisor if you sell significantly into the EU.
