Do you offer tax exemptions for First Nations Status Card holders?

Yes — The Plug Clothing Company proudly supports First Nations peoples by offering provincial sales tax (PST) exemptions for customers who hold a valid Certificate of Indian Status (Status Card).

How to apply your exemption

To have your tax exemption applied to your account, please contact us before placing your order:

Include your full name and Status Card number in your message. Once verified, we'll update your account so that applicable provincial taxes are automatically removed at checkout on all future orders.

Which taxes are exempt?

The Canada Status Card exemption covers the provincial portion of taxes (PST, HST, RST, and QST depending on your province).

Please note: GST (federal tax) still applies as it is not covered under this exemption.
